Rattan generally refers to the imitation rattan here, the raw material is usually PE or PVC, so the imitation rattan is also called PE rattan. In order to improve the anti-aging degree of plastics, appropriate amount anti-aging raw materials will be added during production. Because PE is a relatively environmentally friendly plastic, it is widely used in the market.
Another important reason is the changeability of PE rattan. Different shapes and colors of rattan can be produced according to requirements. Compared with natural rattan, imitation rattan has beautiful appearance and changeable color, longer service life and more comfortable feel.
Imitation rattan can be subdivided into more types, such as round rattan, flat rattan, twin rattan and so on. The finished product appear differently when using different rattan, even if the structure looks exactly the same. So when selecting rattan furniture, it is best to see the actual product or actual photograph.
